In this video, I show you how to use Liquid Applique.  Liquid Applique is a puff paint that adds a dimensional effect to your artwork.  It’s used on the projects in the Sweetheart kit. Here are some sample projects using Liquid Applique. This one mixes glitter and Liquid Applique.
