I’ve got a 6×6 card today using the “Pieced Together” pattern from Wishes and items from the Zippidee kit of the month. I don’t normally make 6×6 cards, although I admit I find them easier to make. Just trim a 12×12 piece of cardstock in half, take the 6×12 piece and fold it in half, and voila! A card!
I always mess up trimming cardstock to a standard 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 card. It got so bad that I had to add this Post-It to my workspace.
It’s crazy, but it saves me a lot of cardstock. Here’s today’s card:
Materials:
- Zippidee Kit of the Month
- Zippidee MyStickease (border)
- It’s Your Day stamp set
- Cranberry Exclusive Inks stamp pad
You can find a template to make the envelopes for the 6×6 cards on the CD included with the Wishes book.
