June 2010 Kit: Splendor

The Crop Candy Kit Club is a monthly scrapbooking/stamping/cardmaking kit club.  Every month, you’ll get a set of coordinating papers, embellishments and a stamp set to make up to two 2-page layouts and six cards.  You’ll learn new paper crafting techniques and have the opportunity to earn free or discounted products.

You can join the Crop Candy Kit Club at any time.  The club is priced month to month.  There are no subscriptions. The only caveat is that to participate, you must order at least $29.95 in product for the current month (either the kits or other products totaling $29.95) to receive the benefits listed below.

What’s In The Kit?

There are two kit options–

  • Basic kit –  $29.95
    • Paper packet (10 sheets of cardstock in various colors and 12 double-sided patterned papers [2 each of 6 patterns])
    • B-sized stamp set
    • Embellishment pack
    • Full-color instruction guide
  • Best kit – up to $42.00 (the price varies depending on the cost of the extra items included in the kit)
    • Same contents as Basic kit plus
    • Up to two additional embellishment packs

Kit Add-Ons

Every month, I’ll also offer Kit Add-Ons.  These add-ons are bundled items that coordinate with the kit of the month.  Add-Ons may include items to make special projects, embellishments or tools.

How Does the Crop Candy Kit Club Work?

  1. Every month I’ll post the latest kit to the Crop Candy site (www.cropcandy.com).
  2. You agree to purchase at least one of the Kit Club options—Basic or Best.  If you don’t like the current month’s kit, you can select the add-ons or your own products as long as your order totals at least $29.95.
  3. Submit your order on the Kit Club Order Form.  Your order should arrive in 7-10 days.

What Are the Benefits of Being in the Crop Candy Kit Club?

Just for joining, you’ll get:

  • FREE Current Idea Book – it’s a catalog, but you’ll see a variety of ways to use the products and get useful paper crafting tips and techniques

  • Discounts on Stamp of the Month (SOTM) – when you purchase the monthly kit, you are eligible to receive the Stamp of the Month for 25% off the retail price of $29.95 and pay only $17.21.
    • If you purchase $50 in product, you can get the SOTM for 50% off and pay $11.48.
    • Spend $75, get 75% off the SOTM and pay $5.74.
    • Spend $100 and get the SOTM for FREE.
  • $25-$40 in product credit – the club is month-to-month but if you participate for four consecutive months, and your cumulative purchases total at least $150, you’ll get a $25 credit towards any products you want from the Idea Book.  If your cumulative purchases total at least $250, you’ll get a $40 credit.

Tell A Friend and Receive Extra Perks

  • When one of your friends joins the club, you’ll receive a Level 1 Scrapbooking Kit or an A-size stamp set FREE (your choice).
  • When two of your friends join the club, you’ll receive a Level 2 Scrapbooking Kit and Stickease or C-size stamp set FREE (your choice).

** Your friends must be active at least three months before you are eligible to receive the above perks.**

Kit Club FAQs

Do I have to commit to a certain amount of time to be a kit club member?

No, there is no time commitment.  It’s month to month.  There are no subscriptions. However, if you participate for four months straight and your cumulative purchases total $150, you’ll get at least $25 in product credit toward anything in the current Idea Book.

I’d like to order one of the past kits.  Can I do that?

Yes.  You can find them here.

Why should I join the kit club when it looks like I can order the stuff from the catalog?

Yes, the paper packets are available in the catalog.  However, if you order the kit, you’ll get an instruction guide, bonus layouts, a stamp set only available with the kit and embellishments.

You can order these items separately (except the exclusive stamp set), but you get a discount when you order the kit bundles or add-ons.  You also get special perks from me when you sign up.
